Through clicking a Google meet link (A Google meet link will look like this "https://meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx").
Through copy & pasting a meet link into your Google chrome browser.
On a Android tablet or iOS iPad

Make sure you have already downloaded the Google Meet app on Playstore for android and Appstore for iOS.
Through clicking the Google meet link (A Google meet link will look like this "https://meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx"). This will automatically redirect you to the meet app. The google meet app has controls very similar to the web interface.
Through copying & pasting the meet link inside the meet app.
Quick reminders: Always check you account profile icon on the top right to make sure you are logged into your school account and not your personal account.
